What are my renting options?

We have two options available to you. First option includes Mascot Suit Rental, in which you have a family or friend wear the Mascot/Costume. This rental option is for the day. Second option includes a One Stop Employee appearing at your event at an hourly rate. *Refer to the Mascot/Costume tab for rates.
Buffet style or plated?

We offer both plated and buffet style setups. *Servers are available at an additional cost.
How much is the deposit to reserve Catering?

Deposit is 35% of the total cost. Save on taxes when paying in full.
Do One Stop offer Catering menus?

Everyone eats different foods and different foods call for different budgets, so we give the customer the opportunity to create their own custom menu. And no worries, we can prepare anything to your liking.
What type of events do One Stop Cater?

We cater every type of event there is, including but not limited to Baby Showers, Weddings, Birthday Parties, Private Events, Private Dinners, Graduations, Anniversaries, Retirements, etc.
Do One Stop Travel? If so, how far?

We will travel anywhere; it just has to make sense lol. But to answer your question, yes, we do travel.
Do I receive a refund in the instance of inclement weather?

We do not issue refunds due to weather, but we can reschedule to the next available date. *10 Days to Reschedule
Do quote include delivery and setup?

Yes, the quote includes setup and delivery within 30 miles. There is a .50/mile after 30 miles.
How far in advance should I book?

The sooner the better, as our schedule is filled by the second. Your deposit will reserve your date.
How long does the setup take?

Inflatable setups are quick and easy. Can take anyone from 20 mins to an hour.
Do One Stop sponsor events?

Yes, we are proud Sponsors to tons of small and large businesses. We have a Non-Profit organization as well (People Helping Other People) so we are always eager to help if we can. "Life survival is about People Helping Other People". ~Antwan Hargrove
Do One Stop offer package Deals?

Yes, we do work with every bulk sale (3 or more items/services). We are in the process of creating visible package deals for you all. Stay tuned.
